We are upgrading all our phone lines.  Please use our support/feedback area to get the new phone numbers.  This is an upgrade to add digital capacity to enhance faster dialup modem access.

The server upgrade has been very smoothe. Keep in mind that your mail server is still mail.apollo3.com, though it's it's comming from a different physical machine.

The personal web server is being converted at this time. When the conversion is complete your web pages will be available for editin by ftp's to www.apollo3.com. Look at the support page, the item referring to editing/changing your web page for more details if you have problems.

We are making extensive changes. If you have problems loging in, please try to make a ference to your problems at http://www.apollo3.com and click on [Personal] and give a description of what your problem is. Using this method will get quicker results. You can also sne a message to our support team at support@apollo3.com. Finally, you can call 896-0738. Give a brief description of the type of problem you're having and a technicain will assist ASAP.

The glitches you might experience are an effect of our upgrading hardware and software. We are trying to make the change as smoothe as posible without any noticable interupt. However, again, if you experience problems. This notice is to let you know that we have things under control and will address your individual problem immediately.

The network will be down for about two and a half hours from 11:30 pm to 2:00 AM while the engineers perform maintenance. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

There has been some calls to our techsupport staff about problems with Outlook Express after upgrading to Office 2000. We have assisted everyone who called with manually configuring the application. This configuration is automatic in our install application.

Please grab the latest version of our apollo3.exe and run it if you're having problems. Also, grab the same program to assist in any other problems you might have with your Internet configuration.

We added a second fix and did extensive testing yesterday to check for any other residue of the Y2K change. At this time. If anyone continues to have any problems, please advise our tech support team.

January 04, 2000
We survived the Y2K scare. There are some minor things with some of the clients using the Network Socket Watch on our system. If your system's date turned to 1994, please click on: Fix time. If this doesn't fix your problem please advise our Tech Support Team.

December 27, 1999
We had a rare occasion of down-time last night. We apologize for the down-time. The system is back up. If you have specific questions about the problem, please use the [Personal} button to our tech team to address it directly with you.

November 12, 1999
The Y2K maintenance was completed yesterday. At 5:30 we are experiencing some problems, with the router. This is causing some network down-time. The estimated time of repair is about 45 minutes.

Nov. 5, 1999
The work with the mail power line has been completed today. We would like to thank everybody for your patience, support, and confidence. As always, the engineers at Apollo insured that the system was not down more than 24 hours while we operated on reserve.

The Y2K upgrade will continue on Thursday, November 11, 1999. At 8:00 the system might be off and on for short periods of time while our engineers do some testing. Any interruptions will be completed by Noon.

On November 4th the server may be down starting at 8:00AM while engineers do testing and configuration for the Y2K problem. This should be completed by Noon.

November 1, 1999
We're having a difficulty with a main power line. The technicians are working on it. In the mean time we're using backup power to keep things in as good order as possible.

This is causing some problem with some of the modem lines. Please take a look at the support numbers giving to use for backup numbers. Some of them will work better than others.

You'll be notified when the problem is fixed. We're sure it will be shortly.

In a very rare occasion, Apollo III had some down-time today. We had a piece of hardware that malfunctioned in one of our main servers. We apologize for the down-time, and appreciate the patients of everybody.

One of the techs gave a call to everyone that called to inquire and report a problem.

There appears to be a problem with one of our voice lines. The 897-0738 number is being checked. In the meantime, please use 517-0738.

Some users have reported connection problems when Running Windows 98. Please grab the latest version of our setup utility, apollo3.exe to fix.

August 4
Take a look at our user's contributed poll for a look at opinions on current events. Also, consider using the Register option of our front page to allow personal configuration options of our page. Also, it's help us customize responses to you for some of your questions.

Remember to use our procedure and protocol for your questions and problems. As the scroll on the bottom of our screen states, don't be surprised at the ages of some of our consultants. We've went through many pains to insure a easy to use interface for your computer and network environment. So easy that a child can operation our systems.

The protocol is to first give a description of your problem to our tech team as support@apollo3.com. Also, remember to look at the support page at: www.apollo3.com/support. We've probably already anticipated any problem you might have.

Our Weekly workshops are being changes from Wednesday's 6-8 to Thursday 6-8 effective April 2nd. This announcement is made in a Month advance so that everyone will have a chance to be informed. There will be a reminder for the new new weeks at the regular scheduled sessions.

Just a quick reminder for you to check this page regularly for announcements and updates. We, at Apollo III, respect your personal email concern and don't flood your account with any advertisements or whims. We've always been standard setters, and I'm sure other ISP's will learn the same.

If you have questions, you can always email our support staff who will respond to you personally. In the meantime, this notice is always available to alert you of changes and announcements that you can view at at your concern.

We reactivated the 892-1372 number temporarily, to insure that users who haven't noticed the new number have an opportunity to login, get this new information and make the changes. Please look at the support page below for advise on how to make the new number permanent in your dialer.

Change over a success: As far as we can detect, the change over was a success. This included adding cleaner lines to provide you with faster transfers. We apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced.

Be sure to stop using the old block of numbers. Look below for the new number, as well as the new alternate number.

Jan. 22
Change over Problems: We are experiencing some change over problems with the stability of the dialup connection. This is temporary, and is being address at this time. As has been announced since October last year, our Dialup Access number is changed. The number is 517-1234. We've been changing the modems around. If you experience problems try 517-1238 or an alternate number. The 892-1372 number is discontinued.

We are installing new phone lines to make access to Apollo III faster and more solid. We are also adding blocks to expand our local calling area. The main phone numbers will be different. Please be advised that the new main access number will be posted here shortly. The current numbers are being discontinued.

The new main modem number will be: 517-1234. The new numbers are scheduled to be in place by December 30th.
