E-Mail allows you to correspond instantly with any user linked to the Internet. It gives you the ability to communicate with people worldwide, and without usage fees.

You can send messages to an individual or large group of people. Messages sent within the United States are usually delivered within seconds, messages sent internationally within minutes. E-Mail addressed to you is stored securely at Apollo III and may be retrieved at your convenience.

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a way of copying files between internetworked computers. You can obtain public domain software, database information and files stored on computes throughout the world.

Apollo III maintains an extensive local archive which is available to you free of charge. We also support a variety of modem transfer protocols (Xmodem, Ymodem, Zmodem, Kermit) to make downloading files back to your computer easy.

Gopher is a friendly menu-driven program for browsing through resources available on the Internet. You select the subject you are interested in and Gopher connects you transparently with other computers systems on the Internet to obtain the information.

Citizens' Band radio comes of age with IRC (Internet Relay Chat). IRC is a networked interactive discussion Environment with hundreds of "channels" categorized by topic. Now you can participate in public or private discussions in real time.

With WWW, the World Wide Web, you can browse hypertext documents around the world, in full graphics that includes motion and sounds. This interface allows you to search an unlimited amount of subject, for research for Jobs, News, Product availablity, School, and so on.

With Telnet you can log into other computers on the Internet and access a vast array of databases and public information such topics as:
